Right now for dynamic probekit, the user is required to convert his/her java project to a probekit project before their probes are registered with the probekit registry.  This is done in a non-intuitive way by right clicking on the project -> new -> other -> profiling and logging -> Convert java project to probekit project.  The user shouldn't have to manually convert a java project to a probekit project.  This should automatically be done when the user creates a probekit source file in the project.

This way the probe is automatically registered with the probekit registry and it's automatically compiled when its changes are saved.

This feature sholuld be completed in 4.2i2 before dynamic probekit is introduced in TPTP.
