Agreed The local filter has been replaced with modes (local, remote, local + remote) which filter the revisions. If you leave an instance of the view in local mode and drag or select a new file, it will just show you the local instances (same for the other modes). Can verify in I20060213-1200 or later. Verified *** Bug 127432 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Sorry but this is really not fixed: 1. select a shared file 2. Team > Show Resource History 3. choose to only use revisons from server 4. close view 5. Team > Show Resource History ==> state not preserved. And same bug when restarting with open (new) History view: 1. select a shared file 2. Team > Show Resource History 3. choose to only use revisons from server 4. File > Exit 5. start Eclipse ==> History view is showing everything again It's gotten worse: each time a revision is used as input all my settings are reset! Revision mode is now persisted for the CVS History Page. Note that the if the view is pinned all secondary views will take their settings from the initial pinned view. Verified |
