It currently is: "Content assist available (<KEY BINDING>)" but should be "Content Assist Available (<KEY BINDING>)".

Corrected the strings in the properties file.
Available >20060201.

The title of this bug confused me a little bit.  If there is some shared tooltip caption that needs to be defined on the platform UI side so that it's not duplicated, let me know.

I just wanted to report that the spelling is not following tool tip standards.

We normally don't share NLSed strings via API.

verified in 20060214-0800 on Win XP using the find/replace patch from bug #120237
