If I have a small product that only ships one Tips and Tricks page, users shouldn't have to choose that one page in the dialog after selecting Help > Tips and Tricks. The menu item should go straight to the tips and tricks page.

I mistakenly thought this was owned by the UA team (although it does seem UA related). Sending to UI.

While there may be some relationship, that doesn't seem like a blocker for bug 531784

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
