It looks like most of these items will fall to RCO work due to M6 shutdown.

Looks like substantial progress made, and only bug 104785 and bug 197220 not done for this release. Hence, I'll mark this one as fixed (Thanks Nitin, Amy, and Nick and others). 

I've marked bug 104785 as "future" as it's pretty important and since 197220 was opened as 'minor' have left it untargeted.
