* launch a config
* configure filter to filter configs from closed projects
* close config's project
* Press F11 (Debug Last)

->error dialog "Launch configuration X references closed project Y"

The "most recent" launch needs to be updated in the launch histories (perhaps to the first thing in the history?)

added launch configuration filtering to LaunchHistory#getRecentLaunch()

fixed in HEAD
