After I attached the JVM, I changed the thread name, then later on, when the 
thread was paused, instead of showing the new thread name in debug view, the 
old name was still there. 

However, if I changed the thread name, then try to attach to the JVM, the 
changed name was displayed in the debug view.

So we ( users ) hope that the right thread name will be showed up the debug 
view, whenever we change the thread name.

There are no callbacks from a VM when a thread name changes.
