Description Kenn Hussey CLA 2006-01-05 22:43:32 EST
Provide an exporter that takes advantage of the new exporter framework in EMF to convert Ecore models to UML models.
Comment 1 Kenn Hussey CLA 2006-02-02 08:09:08 EST
Of course an importer that converts UML models to Ecore models is also required.
Comment 2 Kenn Hussey CLA 2006-02-08 20:24:58 EST
The UML importer for EMF has been committed to CVS.
Comment 3 Tom Morris CLA 2006-03-15 18:31:14 EST
This is incorrectly referenced as bug 112863 in the project plan on the web (/uml2-home/docs/plans/uml2_project_plan_2_0.html) which makes it very difficult to find.

What versions of UML and XMI will be supported by the importer/exporter?
Comment 4 Kenn Hussey CLA 2006-03-17 09:08:22 EST
The plan has been corrected (thank you).

This feature will support import/export of UML (*.uml) models to/from Ecore. It will (only) support models produced using UML2 2.0, hence UML 2.1 and XMI 2.1.
Comment 5 Kenn Hussey CLA 2006-04-06 00:58:28 EDT
The importer and exporter have now both been committed to CVS.
Comment 6 Kenn Hussey CLA 2006-04-06 17:22:45 EDT
The changes are available in the I200604061309 build.
Comment 7 Nick Boldt CLA 2008-01-28 16:35:26 EST
Move to verified as per bug 206558.
