I was working with a small project, and renamed a file (in "root" directory) from "extras.xml" to "prereqs.xml".

I got an error message "could not publish to server" (and details said "extras.xml" did not exist).

Its true it didnt' exist, anymore, the rename was successful, but something obviously not synch'd. BTW, I tried "refesh", "clean project", etc., and could not publish again ... always got the error message ... even when trying to work on other files (and 'run on server').

So, besides the "synch" problem ... seems kind of like a harse response to "resource not found". (is the link to resources that dependable ... what if someone deleted a file during the middle of a big publish?).
