The book.css stylesheet is not showing up properly. GEF's documents render in Times instead of the platforms sans serif font.

javadoc css might be stale too. It looks like stylesheet.css is copied in the isv plug-ins instead of linking to one.

Having installed 3.8.0 from Hudson build #112 (GEF 3.8.0M4a), the help pages seem to look good. Resolving as fixed in 3.8 though.
