Unicode Bugzilla reports show up as garbage in the mylar task list. As an example I've included some Japanese characters in this bug. The five chars in the title are \u3042\u3044\u3046\u3048\u304A.

Here's an example of unicode in the report decription.

Hmm, that didn't work on this server....Works on other bugzilla servers that I use.....

Ok, please refer to that sample bugzilla installation that I setup for you. I've created the same bug there and unicode works fine.
