Another example that shows a different behavior: - Got to Preferences -> Java -> Editor -> Content Assist - Resize the preferences dialog to make it wider - Take the splitter and drag it a little bit right (step by step) => The dialog isn't reasized until the minimum width for the preference page seems to be reached. - Now start dragging the splitte to the left => The dialog starts shrinking This is so that the dialog contents are still readable. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 278234 *** |
