Log file should be zipped up not erased.  A report of what's being uploaded should be available, either within the wizard or via another wizard.

The workflow for the upload process has been refined so that the user doesnt see a dialog, open a wizard, open an editor, click another button to open another wizard to upload. Now, the user is asked and a wizard is opened that walks through the display of what is going to be uploaded and then the file is uploaded.  This simplifies the user experience and makes it more streamlined for the upload process.  There is still a bit of work to do, but we now have the upload summary integrated into the wizard.

Further improvements for usage monitoring will need to be done in another release.
