The Java bean launcher launches AWT to check to see if the class is a Swing/AWT app first, thus the SWT thread can't start once AWT's going.

Swapped the order of the launchers list so that the JFC launcher is checked last (if the project is RCP and/or SWT).  RCP, SWT and JFC Beans now launch properly on OS X.
