when I was attempting to setup a synchonrize schedule (build 3.2 I20051123) I found this dialog could be much better.

1) The dialog shows a list of all projects that can be synched in the background in a comma separated list but this is just too long to read, and I would have expected to be able to choose what to synch in the background (similar to what is used in other synch dialogs to choose working sets or workspace etc...)
2) There is a label indicating "The last synchronize occured at: Never" this is a little goofy it should probably just not be shown if there were not last synchs run or say "No schedule synchronizations running".
3) There is a very long text in the sync radio buttons, this should be more brief and to the point and does not need to be a radio.
Just have one checkbox with "Scedule background synchronization" and when that box is checked on the schedule buttons are enabled
4) the height of the text widget for the schedule time setting is smaller then the combo box (they should match ideally)
5) When I enter the text "w" into the text the red error shows below indicating "Number must be a postive number greater then 0" should read "Entry must be a positive..." because I did not enter a number.
6) Since this dialog shows an error you should use the TitleAreaDialog (see the File > new > File dialog for example) so that you can display the error on the top as is standard)
7) there are no mnemonics anywhere in this dialog, there should be

We do not plan to address this in 3.3.

Some of the issues mentioned in comment 0 has been addressed in bug 248162. If there is something the new dialog is missing in your opinion feel free to open a separate bug for it.
