If I open the 'Select Working Set' dialog and select 'Window Working Set' then the package explorer fails to display my Java project even though the 'Window Working Set' has no working sets selected.

Steps to reproduce (new workspace - nothing else has been done):

1) Create a Java project.
2) Open the 'Select Working Set' dialog for the Package Explorer, select 'Window Working Set', and then press 'OK'. The Java project created in step 1 is no longer visible.
