The Web Services Explorer provides form and source views for working with Web 
service SOAP requests and responses, however, it only provides the means for 
working with the contents of the SOAP body, not the SOAP header.

I'm going to look at the code for this and see if I can't work a solution to this issue if it's alright. If it is alright, but I can't seem to resolve it, I'll make sure I let you know so you don't think I am MIA ;)

Here is a patch that adds support for editing SOAP Headrs in WSE.  I'll also post the built war and jar files so they can be swapped into the explorer plugin.  Please give them a try.  Thanks.

Andrew, excellent work! Patch reviewed, built, tested (lightly, using a header-equipped service via XMethods) and committed with help from updates to build-war-pde.xml and build-war.xml per your findings in bug 174352.
