i agree, something like view title bar would be better

So it does.  Let me carry it a step further then.  It would be nice if I could
fin the time for each test, and sort by time.  Maybe another tab.

Chaning state from assigned later to resolved later. Assigned later got 
introduced by the last bug conversion and is not a supported Eclipse bug state.
