Visual Basic has a Deployment Wizard which generates a self-contained install
packages.

Now that Eclipse has a GUI editor it would be nice to have a deployment wizard
for Java applications.

The idea is to have the same level of convenience for creating quick&dirty
applications that Visual Basic offers.

For Windows minimally these issues should be handled:

- Optionally bundle JRE
- Windows Installer package
- Include the required JAR's.
- JNI support
