I20051102-0800, GTK+ 2.6.10, KDE 3.4.1, X.org 6.8.2, Linux 2.6.13 
 
In N20051108-0010, there was a javadoc warning in ExternalActionManager 
(org.eclipse.jface/src/org/eclipse/jface/action).  This warning does not 
appear in the file when I'm editing it. 
 
I'm curious as to why this is.
