With the releng tool installed,
- select a large project
- choose Fix Copyrights...
- it starts working right away (contrary to the ... indication)
- press the Cancel button
- it keeps going until complete

It should check the cancel button at least after every file.

Looks like a monitor.isCanceled() check has been added now. See line 213 in FixCopyrightAction. I have tested it myself too and it seems to be working fine.

This works for me using 3.4 M6a.
