Open Type still shows removed type if invoked before reconcile:

- open a source type via the Open Type dialog
- select the whole type in the editor
- quickly press Ctrl+Shift+C, and then Ctrl+Shift+T (such that the reconciler
did not have time to send out a delta for the removed type)
=> the removed type still appears in the history list and shows an error dialog
when chosen

In 3.2M2, the stale type did not reappear in the second Open Type dialog. Now,
it reappears unless a type has been removed in the meantime.

Fix is to trigger a reconcile for all primary working copies which are dirty.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
