The runtime should optionally support content assist mechanisms for users 
working with diagram elements.

This is supported in a number of different ways by the runtime currently.

1.  There is a content assist infrastructure for text completion.
2.  Pop-up bars for element creation
3.  Connection handles for relationship creation.
