This will be the simplest way of sharing contexts for the purpose of pair programming,
and will support retrieving contexts when reopening reports that were owned by another
programmer.

Context attachments are nearing completion. Still some outstanding ui issues and of course this capability raises issues regarding what to do about multiple contexts for a single task (currently just overwriting existing context).

- First iteration on context attachment (Bugzilla)
  - retrieve/attach contexts
  - wizards for both actions
- Warning: Download of context currently overwrites existing context
- A few api additions/changes that require consideration
- Attachments are hyperlinked in bug editor



- Upgraded to latest httpauth (release 3.0)

The updated httpclient 3.0

Should just need to replace the old version (in mylar.monitor) with this one and put it and the other commons jars (already in mylar.monitor) in the bugzilla.core lib directory.

Putting this off from being released until until 0.5.1.  It is mostly working, but the UI still needs some streamlining and we haven't used it enough ourselves yet.  It also seems that we need context preview and merge with it because the case of both a server and local context is so common:

Perhaps this should be a separate bug report but we need to be able to 'retrieve' context from another task in the task list, this capability could simply be added to the retrieve context dialog.
