I work with projects that use different version control systems -- CVS,
Subversion, and so on, even WebDAV adn FTP. The synchronization view, however,
will only deal with one repository provider type at a time.

This means that I have to switch between the different types every time I want
to work with some files. This is awkward. From my point of view, as a user, I
work with file changes, not with version control system types.

Rather than showing the synchronization state of a single repository provider,
the view should aggregate the states of all registered providers, allowing the
user to see changes for different version control systems in the same tree.

We are doing work in 3.2 that may make this possible. I'll provide more 
details when they are available.
