Automatically turn on Mylar Content Assistant.

Some of those items could be automatically adjusted on mylar filtering activation. 

For example in package explorer view: swith to flat mode, disable referenced libraries and custom filters, turn on editor linking. Those settings should be restored back on Mylar deactivation of the filtering.

Agreed that's how it should work--Apply Mylar should put the Package Explorer into the mode it works with, then restore when disabled.  This should probably be done concurrently with bug 113399.
