Allow modifications for StandardEditorSystemMenu for individual editors.

i.e.
- modify (hide, disable) existing MenuItems (SystemMenuClose,
SystemMenuNewEditor, etc.)
- add new MenuItems

One way to achieve this, could be to allow the setting an individual
presentationSite object in PartStack, which creates the menu.

Hi Paul,

We are planning to make some changes in the file tab context menu i.e. adding a new item which can locate a file in package explorer in our plugin and eventually landed here. 

Can you please provide us an update on this issue, or if there is any workaround inorder to overcome current limitation ?

This issue is awaiting a patch from the community.  I would review one for 4.2 (or even 3.8) if it was available by M6

They're definitely related, bug 103045  ... that's more about a specific action, this is more about customizing it completely (additions as well as subtractions)

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got
resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some
reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it.
The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you
still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is
(for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the stalebug whiteboard tag.
