Steps to reproduce:
- Use shared project
- Open Type hierarchy on method which is overridden in some anonymous class
- Switch to lock mode
- Edit implementation of overridden method

-> No label decorations (outgoing changes) are shown on the anonymous class

The current decorator story only supports the decoration of elements with a 
one to one mapping to a file or folder. We are planning on addressing this 
issue in 3.2.
