Description Thomas Nampalam CLA 2005-09-28 07:34:42 EDT
I am working with eclipse 3.2 M2 and 2.0.0.2 build of winCVS.

I had checked out a module with the root information as mentioned below. After
I import the project into the eclipse when I try to perform any activity
related to CVS. I realized that the eclipse had parsed the below mentioned
root wrongly. The information available under password is being considered as
username hence was not able to work with the CVS. i.e. the username is 'pwd'

:pserver;username=uid;password=pwd;hostname=rckcvs1:/usr/local/cvs

The workaround for this is to change the information under CVS in the
properties window for the project, after which it is able to work with the CVS.

The ability to understand WinCVS format was contributed as a patch in bug
77477. No maintenance of this feature is currently planned but patches will be
accepted.
