Some Chinese characters are not displaying correctly in the About Dialog's 
Configuration Details dialog (I will attach a pic).
Steps:
*Help > About Eclipse SDK
*Click Configuration Details button
garbage characters are displayed (see pic)
If you scroll a bit over halfway down you will see more incorrectly rendered 
characters.
Is this because the wrong font is being used?  (It's different than the font 
used in the plugins and features dialogs)?

Testing 3.1.1 20050923-1430 running in simplified chinese, using NLpack1-
eclipse-SDK-M20050816-1400-win32.zip catalogs.

This could very well be an nl build problem - same problem as bug 107009 but 
for other locales.  Awaiting latest catalog build.

This is fixed in the 0923 catalog builds
