that FAQ info (or something very like it) belongs on the downloads page.

I haven't had any time to work on this so am assigning back to the component with the helpwanted keyword. This may be a good item to assign to the new website team.

Actually, I fixed this a while back, but forgot about this bug. It now says ... 

The SDK package includes source code and developer documentation for those using WTP as a platform to build more tools, as well as everything that is in the non-SDK version.

The non-SDK package includes the runnable code and end-user documentation for those using the tools to develop web applications.

This is part of a mass update to close out all stale WTP bugs which are in the resolved state without an appropriate targeted version.  If you feel this bug was closed inappropriately, please reopen.
