Auto-indentation normally uses the formatter settings. There are a number of places where statments and expressions which are continued over multiple lines get bogus auto-indentation. Here are some examples: a = b + c; for (int i = 0; i < 1; i++); i = (true ? 1 : 0); I have not found any settings that can fix these cases.
