When I use the 'for - iterate over collection' template, for example, it 
generates code which uses the unqualified type 'Iterator'.

This code will not compile without an 'import java.util.Iterator;' line.  And 
it interferes with content assist.

Templates need some way to add imports, or qualify the names of types used.

We have started to add auto import support, i.e., code assist. It is fair that 
users are now expecting it everywhere and it would be cool.

it requires additional infrastructure support that we can't do for 2.0
