The parent interest is not decreased at a high enough rate after the error is
fixed.

Lowering priority since higher priority bugs came in and this is minor, but it's now also noticable when interest is reduced on a file.

This bug has been around for a while, but is now more noticeable that F4 maps to interest decrement.
