The configuration of auto-load files (for CVS tags and branch resolution) is
managed by the org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui plugin and cannot be reached from a
headless invocation. The Buckminster cvs plugin would like access to this
information when it resolves component requests. Some background info can be

I propose an enhancement where the configuration of the auto-load files is
persisted in the preferences of the org.eclipse.team.cvs plugin and that the
caching of tags also is moved down to that plugin.

Currently, we do not have the manpower to address this issue. We will consider patches if you still require this.
