There are extra items in the editor context menu: "Run As", "Debug 
As", "Compare With", "Replace With", "Team" - these shouldn't be there.  I've 
figured out how to manually remove the "Team" menu item through preferences, 
but can't get the others to go away.

These menu items seem to imply that they will work with the plugin on the 
selection, and they clutter up the context menu with options that will do 
nothing relevant to our plugin.  

These items also appear in the right click menu for the logic example and the 
flow example, and don't apply there either.
