(1) If new folders are added to cvs AT THE ROOT LEVEL, an update via the 
eclipse cvs perspective does not retreive the new folders. Sub directories, 
however, are retrieved.

(2) Adding new folders to a cvs repository AT THE ROOT LEVEL fails in the 
eclipse cvs perspective. Sub directories in existing cvs folders can be added.

Noticed over SSH with sourceforge cvs.

I tried to reproduce it using I20090430-2300 (3.5 M7) with no success. Please provide more detailed steps or confirm the problem is gone.
