Marker messages such as:

- The operator && is undefined for the argument type(s) int, int
- The operator & is undefined for the argument type(s) int, boolean

Are shown incorrectly in the status line: the first ampersand gets swallowed.

Moving to Platform/UI since the problem view is feeding the selection into the
status line.
