Conflicting mnemonics on Java Project Properties page causing the the "Output 
folder" field not accessible with mnemonic.

Fix is to use p for Output folder instead of o.

I fixed it for 3.2, but not back ported to 3.1.1 since the time frame for
property file changes is from my knowledge closed. Please let me know if I am
still able to change property files in 3.1.1.

Don't think you need to backport the fix to 3.1.1. Thank you for providing the 
fix in 3.2.
