Ctrl+Space is used for switching IME on both T.Chinese and S.Chinese Windows.
Key binding for Content Assist (Ctrl+Space) will not work.

In Eclipse 3.0.2, the following special keybinding was created for "zh" locale
in org.eclipse.ui.workbench.texteditor\plugin.xml. We have to do a similar
thing in 3.1.

      <keyBinding
            locale="zh"
            commandId="org.eclipse.ui.edit.text.contentAssist.proposals"
   	    contextId="org.eclipse.ui.contexts.dialogAndWindow"
            keyConfigurationId="org.eclipse.ui.defaultAcceleratorConfiguration"
            keySequence="Alt+/">
      </keyBinding>
