If I have a large tree open in the package explorer (many src trees/package
roots shown), and I hit the collapse all button, Everything collapses, but it
seems like everything disappears because the scroll location does not go to
"home" and I have to manually scroll the package explorer to the top in order to
see my projects - at which point the scroll ar catches up and removes scroll
ability due to only a small list being shown.

This is on eclipse 3.1 on standard Java 1.4.2 on Mac OSX 10.4
