Problem Description: 

This reopens WSWG2#30, bugzilla 87505 that is claimed to be fixed in 3.1 
Open CVS repository view, right-click it, 
select New > CVS Repository 
Enter TVT in all the fields to create dummy repository, 
click Finish, click OK to ignore error message. 
Right-click the repository created, select 
New > Date tag. Date format in the window shown is incorrect. 
This affects all languages. 
Please fix.

As a clarification: 

Most of the European countries use date format Day Month Year. 


I assume there should be some standard Java controls to 
select date and time values respecting current locale.

Bug 87505 is not claimed to be fixed. Marking as a duplicate. Also, although 
there may be standard Java controls for this, there are no SWT controls for it 
that I know of.
