Provide Rich Text support in the text areas of the RCP/SWT-based Manual Test 
Client.

Note: This defect covers work item 2 of enhancement #74841 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=74841) to provide a RCP/SWT-
based Manual Test Client to replace the existing Swing-based Manual Test Client.

Leverage the Rich Text support in RCP to render formatted text (e.g. HTML) and 
graphics in the text areas of the RCP/SWT-based Manual Test Client (e.g. test 
case description text area).
