Description N Mandela CLA 2005-07-26 13:54:55 EDT
To replicate:

1. Window >> Preferences >> Run/Debug >> Console
2. Check "Fixed Width Console"
3. Keep default size of 80 columns
4. Run an application that writes several dozen pages of text to the console
5. Search for words known to be in the console, towards the bottom
6. The console text should have an exception stack trace or two buried inside

Expected behaviour:

At this point the searched text should be in the console window, highlighted, to
indicate the first instance of the text was found.

Actual behaviour:

The console window scrolls, but no text is highlighted, and the words that were
searched are not visible on the console.

Work around:

Disable "Fixed Width Console" mode when searching the console.
