Provide a resource migration extension to migrate resources based on the UML2 
1.x schema to 2.0.

Also update the UML2 code generator to make use of the new API and schema (i.e. *.uml resources).

The UML2 implementation has now been bootstrapped on the new API (based on UML 2.1) - the source model for code generation is a *.uml model instead of a *.uml2 model. A new resources plug-in provides *.uml versions of the "built-in" resources, and the old API has been removed from the build.

A migration mechanism based on an Ecore2XML mapping and a resource handler (in combination with extended metadata and a specialized XMI handler) has been provided. This mechanism should convert 1.x models to 2.0 format.

An importer and exporter for UML models has been provided as part of bug 122863.
