Icons in the navigator which are decorated by the CVs decorator are done so in
seemingly random order.It would be better if they were decorated in a consistent
order. With new performance improvements in the decorator, it may be less
noticeable now.

I actually just spoke with Nick about this.

Also note, if our sync info support was faster we may not need to do decorators 
in background thread, although to be a good citizen we should anyway.

They are now decorated in the order in which they are asked for.
