Description Randy Giffen CLA 2005-07-22 12:40:52 EDT 
If a description is too long for the column width in the Problems view,
one can hover to see the full text. But the hover is single line and will
cut off long descriptions.
Should provide multi-line hover help if required.

Also the properties dialog for the problem shows the description in 
a single line field. It should be multi-line if required.
