Problem Description: Truncation in the Task Tags Preference. Problem occurs 
for many Korean, Poland, Traditional Chinese. 
Re-create Procedure: 
1. Select Window->Preferences... from the menu bar. 
2. Select Web and XML -> Task Tags 
==> For Traditional Chinese, in the translation of "Tags in comments 
indicating Tasks:", 
the last word with the colon are truncated.

This change is a bulk update of all _un_targeted, fixed, resolved bugs upon release of M5. This particular bug _might_ have been fixed earlier than M5. (Feel free to correct).
