First of all can you add jsp and html to the know file types as text?

After that:
If i add files to CVS and eclipse encounters files that are not in the know
file types table. Can i get an option (should be ON at default) that displays
the unkown files types where i can quickly select that is text and that is
binary. Those are then added to the know file types table so that eclipse know
it from then.

This is pretty importand because somebody i know had already checked in many
jsp's without adding it as a know text type. So we had to really remove all of
them and then check it back in as text.

Of course adding jsp and html to the default values will fix this somehow but
you always will miss some of them. And if one person forgets to set the right
type ......
