- open the property dialog e.g. on a JAR
- makes the dialog smaller 
- move the sash
   -> dialog becomes big again

The dialog resizes to be able to display the full contents of the preference
page. We should really only resize when we make the tree bigger though.

There are currently no plans to work on this although we would be happy to review a patch
